Return and Refund Policy

At XKIN, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The size does not fit as expected

  • You received a product different from what you ordered

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale

  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Clear images/videos (in case of damaged or incorrect products)

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if approved.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.


  1. 4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Exchanges are processed only once per order.


  1. 5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed after successful quality inspection of the returned item.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time:

    • Prepaid Orders: 5–10 business days

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store credit


  1. 6. Return Shipping Charges
  • If the return is due to XKIN’s error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be free of cost.

  • For size-related or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.


  1. 7. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

  2. If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • It may take additional processing time before the refund is reflected
